This villa is completely renovated in 2018 and has everything to offer that you will ever need for a perfect holiday or winterseason stay. Fully furnished, modern, several bedrooms, laundry room, air conditioning, alarm system, internet -wifi, huge private plot of 800m2 with loads of privacy, big private pool, several seating area´s in the garden, a winter sun-room facing south (like a second living room)

Electricity and water consumption will be paid by the tenants during the stay. Upfront a deposit needs to be paid for that. The end-cleaning service is 150 Euros.

The following years it will be available from October till the end of March.
